Aurora

Aurora Aksnes is a Norwegian Singer and Songwriter. Born in Stavanger on the 15th of June 1996. She is professionally referred to as Aurora. The name of her can be spelled as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is a May 2015 release by Decca Records. It has received a lot of praise from media and bloggers. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are two of her best-known songs. Katy Perry, who endorsed the track Runaway by her, also gave the song a boost of recognition. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was discovering a piano in her loft, and becoming fascinated by its music. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes urged her to make music as a means of development of her own, not to earn money or to pursue an interest. For this reason she started writing her own new compositions. Her inspirations include famous writers Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan, as well as her affinity with Bjork's style. Her mother had told her that her songs can not only aid in her efforts to gain fame, but also make others see their value within the global community and see how they can benefit from the songs, she decided to begin playing in front of the public. She started playing piano when she was six years old and began writing music by the time she was nine. The family did not be aware of this until she was fourteen. Aurora's success was never her dream. She claims that she enjoys creating songs. According to her, music is the most efficient method of expressing anything.
